Le Peyretaillade is a lovely renovated farm house, located in the Dordogne region of SW France. Famed for its beautiful rolling country side, Chateaux, vineyards and historical medieval market towns, the area has all you need to enjoy your summer break. Located just 15 km's from the famous market town of Sarlat, Le Peyretaillade is a traditional Perigord house which sits on large grounds and is close to local villages with all amenities that you require. Renovated to the highest standard in 2006 this beautiful house has retained much of its traditional charm whilst offering very comfortable and superior accommodation. |

The house includes 4 large bedrooms each with ensuite facilities. The spacious sitting and dinning room with open fire place and comfortable sofas is perfect for relaxing indoors and a modern, open plan kitchen has all you need to prepare meals. From the sitting room, 2 sets of double doors open onto the terrace where you can enjoy alfresco dinning and BBQ's. To the rear of the house is a large garden and a path way that leads to the delightful pool area. |
| The 10 x 5 m pool with terrace is furnished with sun loungers and sun shades. Pretty flower beds and plants surround the pool and provide the ideal place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. For your safety the pool complies with French law and has an electric pool cover. Below the pool is a traditional barn with a table tennis table, table foot ball and golf driving net. The house over looks a large field which is the ideal place for children to play ball games and enjoy a shallow paddle in the stream that borders the property. |  |

Located 1 ½ km's from the small village of St Cybranet where you can find a village shop, bar, 2 casual restaurants and a medical centre. In the other direction, approximately 4 km's away is the beautiful village of Daglan. This traditional Perigord village has a bakery, bank, post office, small supermarket, butchers shop, bar and an excellent gourmet restaurant. On a Sunday morning enjoy a browse around the small food market and buy some local produce and delicacies |
