All the Ski Cuisine team are looking forward to the 2025/26 season and our 34th year of running chalets in Méribel.

We believe that it is the finer details that make a holiday really special. Our manageable amount of hand-picked chalets, based in one resort, means we can offer our guests a high level of personal attention, throughout the booking process and in the run up to your stay. Our resort team will ensure that you are taken care of throughout your chalet holiday and all members of our team are chosen for their friendly and hospitable natures.

Our beautiful chalets, which offer different styles of accommodation and types of service including catered chalets, a chalet offering bed & breakfast service hosted by our friendly staff and our self catered chalet giving flexibility for those that prefer to completely cater for themselves. Our professional and flexible ethos sets us apart and we are proud that many of our guests choose to return year after year.

Our cuisine

A holiday in Meribel isn't just about the slopes. Time in the mountains is also about relaxation and sampling delicious food and drink.

In our fully catered chalets, guests enjoy daily offerings prepared by their own chef, from breakfast spreads to post-ski afternoon teas, drinks served by the fire accompanied by canapes, followed by delicious four-course dinners with unlimited selected wines.
