Ski Cuisine was founded over 30 years ago with a single chalet and a simple goal: to offer relaxed, high-quality ski holidays where great food and genuine hospitality come as standard. We’ve grown carefully over time, with a focus on quality over quantity.

All of our chalets are located in Méribel centre and managed by our in-resort team. Whether you stay in Pasarale, Quatre Meules, Cecilia or Veronica, you can expect the same level of personal service and friendly hospitality throughout your stay, with delicious dining and your own chef in our two fully catered chalets.
