Anne Woolley
I first came to Méribel as a chalet host and quickly made it my winter home. Together with Ed, we created Ski Cuisine, expanding from one chalet to many. Along the way, we’ve built lasting friendships, worked with talented people, and welcomed countless loyal guests who return each year.
Ed Woolley
I came to Méribel with no skiing experience, but one season turned into a lifelong passion. After co-founding Ski Cuisine with Anne, I trained as a ski instructor and co-created Parallel Lines ski school. Today, I balance teaching with supporting Ski Cuisine, while enjoying time with our guests each winter.
Karen Journoud
Since joining Ski Cuisine in 2002 as Resort Manager, my role has always focused on people as much as operations. Exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and personal touches are at the heart of Ski Cuisine. It’s a joy to ensure every guest feels warmly welcomed and cared for each winter.
Tor Milliken-Smith
I first came to Méribel in 1995 for a season and never left. At Ski Cuisine, I work with suppliers, organise training, support our team, and keep the programme running smoothly. Best of all, I get to spend time with our wonderful guests, season after season.
