ABOUT SKI CUISINE

All of us at the Ski Cuisine team are looking forward to the 2024/25 season and our 33rd year of running chalets in Meribel.

We believe that it is the finer details that make a holiday really special. Our manageable amount of hand-picked chalets, based in one resort means we can offer our guests a high level of personal attention, both during the booking process & the pre arrival time. Our resort team will ensure that you are taken care of throughout your stay as all members of our team are chosen for their friendly, hospitable natures and professionalism.

Chalets

Our hand-picked chalets, both catered and uncatered, offer traditional alpine charm and a great deal of comfort. With some of the best located chalets in Meribel you can enjoy wonderful views and easy access to the pistes and lift system. We can help you select the best chalet to suit your requirements and we are able to offer different styles of accommodation from traditional, cosy chalets to those with a more modern feel. During your stay our resort team will be on hand to help in any way they can to ensure you have a wonderful holiday in Meribel.

Food

At Ski Cuisine we know that our catered guests look forward to enjoying delicious food whilst on holiday! Your day will start with a welcome cup of tea or coffee served to your room. This is followed by a generous breakfast including a cooked option and a range of pastries, fresh bread, cereals, yoghurts and fruit juices . After a day on the slopes home baked cake or cookies await you back at the chalet. Relax in front of the roaring log fire and enjoy canapes and a glass of fizz before our experienced chefs prepare and serve a four course dinner accompanied by unlimited selected wines. SKI PASSES, EQUIPMENT & LESSONS

You can rely on Ski Cuisine staff to provide you with any information before or during your stay. You can book Meribel & Three Valleys lift passes and ski equipment in advance of your holiday and they will be delivered to your chalet upon arrival. If you have booked ski lessons we can arrange for a member of the school's team to visit you on arrival to confirm the final details.

OUR STAFF

We select our staff in order to ensure guests enjoy a high level of personal service and our aim is to create a friendly and relaxing atmosphere so you to feel at ease from the moment you arrive. Our chefs are chosen for their exceptional talent in the kitchen and they will create delicious meals for our guests to look forward to. Each chalet also has a host who will take care of the chalet presentation, housekeeping and their warm hospitality will ensure all guests are made to feel welcome and taken care of throughout their holiday. Our Resort Managers and support staff are on hand to assist during your stay and they make sure that the chalets are equipped with all the little extras that make your holiday that bit extra special! If you are celebrating a special occasion just let us know in advance and we can ensure all preparations are made. We can recommend restaurants for both mountain lunches and for the chalet night off, advise about various activities on & off the slopes, spa & massage treatments, we are to help make your stay as enjoyable & relaxing as possible.
