Ski in & ski out of Chalet Veronica this season!

29 February 2016

The Chalet

Chalet Veronica is also just a short 15-minute walk or quick bus ride away from Meribel’s charming centre and a couple minutes walk from some great shops, restaurants and bars such as Aux Petits Oignons!

The chalet layout makes it an ideal place for two families or a group of friends to stay while they enjoy everything Meribel has to offer. This lovely chalet has a spacious sitting and dining area with an open fire, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the wonderful views of skiers and boarders from the comfort of your chalet. In the chalet you’ll have WiFi, satellite TV, a DVD player, iPod docking station and a Nespresso machine. We also supply each room with a hairdryer and bathrobes.

Our service

At Ski Cuisine we pride ourselves on the quality of our service and the friendly nature of our staff. From the moment you get in touch we’ll provide you with all the information you need, finding you a suitable chalet and offering any additional support we can.

Each chalet has its own chalet host and chef for the duration of the season. Our hosts will always go the extra mile for you and our chefs are passionate about creating delicious dishes using fresh, local produce.

We choose our staff based on their high level of professionalism and natural ability to create a hospitable and relaxed atmosphere. At the start of the season all of our staff undergo the same rigorous training to ensure they offer a great hosting and housekeeping service.

This season we were lucky to be joined by Ben and Charlotte, the chef and host for Chalet Veronica. Ben has created some exquisite dishes for our guests since he arrived in Meribel last December; you can see some of them on his Instagram account @ben_buggy. Charlotte has been a real asset to Ski Cuisine this season; her positive attitude makes all our guests feel right at home.

The Ski Cuisine experience

Part of being on holiday is taking a much-needed break from your daily routine. We want you to relax and not have to worry about cooking or booking restaurants each night after a busy day on the slopes! Every morning you’ll wake up to a cooked option for breakfast and all the usual continental offerings. By late afternoon you may be ready to head back to the chalet and if you do you’ll be greeted with a delicious home baked cake or cookies. Canapés and drinks in front of the fire follow this before your four-course dinner is served. We take special care over our menus and offer different wine each day that compliment your main meal.

We try to give our chefs the flexibility to plan their own dishes and therefore can’t give you an exact menu for your visit but you can view sample adult and children’s menus. If you’d like more information on our daily service take a look at our guide.

Ski passes, equipment & lessons

Skiing holidays take quite a lot of planning, at Ski Cuisine we understand this and aim to provide you with all the information you may need before or during your stay. When you book your ski pass through us you can enjoy discounted rates, choose between a local Meribel ski pass or one that covers the Three Valleys area.

We recommend ski schools in Meribel that provide group or individual lessons for a range of abilities. If you have booked ski lessons we can even arrange for a member of the school’s team to visit you on arrival to confirm final details and put your mind at ease if you’re a beginner.

We still have some peak dates available this season. You can book Chalet Veronica from March 12th-19th for £650pp or March 19th-26th for £6,000 or the final week of the season from April 9th for £5,500. If these dates aren't suitable please contact us and we'll recommend another one of our catered chalets in Meribel.
